This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by maximizing cash flow, optimizing asset value, and driving corporate objectives"”all while working with some of the best professionals in the industry.Why This Role?High-Level Impact: Directly oversee a broad portfolio spanning office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, and more.Lucrative & Rewarding: Lead high-value assets and execute sophisticated disposition and asset management strategies.Strategic Leadership: Manage a team of skilled Asset Managers and Analysts while collaborating with top brokers, attorneys, and industry experts.Diverse & Fast-Paced: Every asset presents unique challenges, from value-add strategies to complex market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and execute asset management and disposition strategies to maximize value.Partner with brokers, attorneys, consultants, and contractors to drive optimal asset performance.Understand the intricacies of the CMBS process and how it impacts REO properties.Manage underwriting, budgets, lease agreements, title reports, purchase and sale agreements, and more.Collaborate with Loan Workout and Real Estate teams to ensure seamless asset transitions.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred (Real Estate, Finance, or related field).Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management, underwriting, and due diligence.Prior CMBS experience is a major plus!Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word; Argus and Val experience preferred.Strong ability to negotiate deals and collaborate across departments.Must be able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and execute with precision.Travel as needed to conduct site visits and oversee projects firsthand.
