Together, we can ensure a reliable and secure electric grid for today and tomorrow.Purpose of Position:The primary function of the Compliance Monitoring Process Coordinator is to administer our compliance monitoring engagements and oversee related monitoring processes and controls. This position will support and collaborate on all monitoring activities and assist in implementing the Departments' duties by monitoring and tracking deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into relevant databases and maintaining documentation. This position reports to Supervisor of CMEP Operations and Standards and works as part of a team to ensure that processes and actions are completed as required.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and maintaining all assigned departmental documentation, including reports, policies, procedures, and manuals.Assist in drafting templates for assigned departmental documents and populating documents with data.Organize, maintain, and update assigned departmental databases, files, spreadsheets, and correspondence.Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.Provide coverage at Front Desk and perform backup administrative functions to other departments as needed.Work autonomously towards shared department goals with a high level of ownership and influence in developing controls and solutions to processes.Qualifications:Associate degree in Administrative Science or other related discipline or two years in related experience.Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to strive in a high-paced environment.Desirable:Technology Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office 360, Cloud Services, etc.Strong coordination, organizational, planning and scheduling skills.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:ReliabilityFirst is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal opportunities to all employees and applicants in accordance with local and federal laws.
