Auctions at Showplace Admin Intern RoleWe are currently seeking a motivated and organized Admin Intern to support our auction house team with administrative tasks and auction operations. The role will last for 6-months. In this role, you'll gain valuable, hands-on experience while contributing to key aspects of client services, post-auction procedures, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming client inquiries for auction items and assist with drafting condition reports, ensuring auction preparednessAssist with inventory management and post-auction processesAssist with bidder approval on our various auction platformsAnswer and direct phone calls to field customer questions; respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely mannerComplete administrative projects as assignedQualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with auction AuctionFlex is a plus.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Interest in the art, antiques, or auction industry.
