Job Title: Facility Security CoordinatorLocation: Inglewood, CA (LAX Area)Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Security Coordinator to oversee and ensure compliance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulatory requirements for our Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) at LAX, specifically in Inglewood. The Facility Security Coordinator will serve as the company's representative, responsible for maintaining the integrity of the facility cargo screening program while adhering to all TSA standards.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage the facility's cargo screening program in compliance with TSA regulatory requirements.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to TSA and CCSF guidelines.Oversee daily security operations and enforce compliance with security protocols.Coordinate with TSA representatives and other regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.Train and supervise facility staff on cargo screening procedures and security best practices.Monitor and maintain screening equipment, ensuring proper functionality and reporting maintenance needs.Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations, audits, and compliance measures.Investigate and address any security incidents or breaches in accordance with TSA and company protocols.Stay updated on changes to TSA regulations and implement required adjustments to the screening program.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Knowledge of TSA regulations and requirements for CCSF operations.Experience in facility security, cargo screening, or related areas is highly preferred.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping.TSA-approved background check and ability to obtain necessary certifications.What We Offer:Competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and other company perks.How to Apply: If you're passionate about security and compliance and have the skills to uphold the highest standards for cargo screening operations, we'd love to hear from you!
