While this role is Boston-based, there are great opportunities for travel within the US and across Europe, plus multiple office launches are on the horizon! In the coming years, there will be opportunities to take ownership of specific parts and regions of the business.The OpportunityIn response to high demand from US funds invested in our UK and European client base, we launched Harmonic Finance Inc in Boston in 2021. To spearhead our ongoing expansion, our Co-founder, Fin Glanvill, relocated to Boston in March 2023.As a key member of our US team, you'll become a market specialist working with innovative tech start-ups who are disrupting the space across Boston and the East Coast's. The role focuses on client acquisition and business development, whilst also sourcing and recruiting top finance talent, enabling the organizations to thrive.The potential doesn't end there - 90% of our Senior Leadership team joined the business without management experience.
