NPG Health LLC (Navisync, PRYME, and MMR) is growing and we are currently searching for a Client Finance Director. As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee the financial operations of our projects and billable people to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Role And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Revenue RecognitionMaintain the Revenue workbook of approximately 100 projects and $30MM in revenueVerify revenue and accruals in accordance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standardsPartner with Account Management to create detailed financial trackersAnalyze SOW budgets and provide support in scope changes if neededSupport the Controller in the generation of the monthly client invoicingFollow up with the account teams and customers on past due Accounts ReceivableReportingProvide timely and accurate reporting to senior management which includes, but not limited to, client profitability, Revenue and COGS variance analysis to Budget and ForecastMaintain the company Staffing File for accurate revenue capacitySupport the CFO in the Cash Flow Forecast and the monthly reporting packageSupport the Account team leads with client-specific financial reportingAnnual budgetWork closely with leadership in the development of the annual Revenue and COGS (Staffing) budgetsOtherSupport in identifying and implementing a new ERP systemSupport the controller in the management of Vendor SOWs/Contractors for pass-thru expensesWork closely with executive management on staffing decisionsReview Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSA)Identify operational inefficiencies and supports implementation of process improvementsUpdates and maintains various company policies and proceduresEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of six (6) to ten (10) years of project accounting experience working in a Professional Services IndustryExperience with Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:Extensive knowledge of general financial project accounting.Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Detail oriented, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and establish priorities.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Highly proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles.We offer excellent benefits and competitive salary and bonus, opportunities for growth, and work/life balance perks and benefits!
