FRONT OFFICE COORDINATORTHIS IS A LONG TERM TEMPORARY ROLE LASTING 6+ MONTHSLocation: On-site in Irvine, CA (Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM)Hourly Pay: $34/hourA Global Finance Services firm in Irvine, CA is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operations to ensure every associate, client, and visitor receives best-in-class serviceWhat We're Looking For:Experience: Front-of-house, hospitality, or concierge background with a proven ability to enhance client experiences.Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word); SharePoint and Power BI experience are a plus!Innovation: A creative mindset to bring new ideas and solutions that elevate the client experience.Leadership: Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.What You'll Do:Client Experience: Lead daily operations, including reception coverage, visitor coordination, meeting setups, office supply management, and more.Meetings & Events: Collaborate with catering, AV, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of onsite meetings and events.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships to proactively address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and resolving conflicts.Operations Oversight: Manage facilities maintenance, moves, health and safety, and physical security for the site.We will consider for employment, qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the State of California
