About this roleSimplicity Consulting, a 24 Seven company, is looking for a self-motivated, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent professional with outstanding communication skills to take on the newly created position of Employee Engagement Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about making an impact, adding value, and fostering collaboration within a diverse workforce. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations, this role will play a key part in enabling growth by understanding the company's engagement needs and strengthening connections among our consultants and headquarters staff. As a part of Simplicity's Operations team, you will contribute to creating efficiencies and driving a sense of community across the organization.Responsibilities Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, connection, and morale.Develop and manage programs aligned with company values, culture, and diversity and inclusion goals.Partner with 24 Seven's Director of Employee Experience & Events to conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze employee engagement data to uncover trends, challenges, and actionable insights.Maintain and enhance training and development programs for consultants and staff, including AI advancements and workplace tools.Partner with HR, leadership, and department heads to ensure engagement efforts support organizational objectives.Act as a liaison to foster collaboration between employees and management.Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition events, and 24 Seven's company-wide initiatives to build community and boost morale.Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.Create and support recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.Design and implement strategies to retain top talent and reduce turnover.Support onboarding programs to foster early engagement and help new hires integrate into company culture.Act as a culture ambassador, exemplifying and promoting company values.Advise leaders on best practices to enhance team engagement and collaboration.Measure the impact of engagement initiatives through key performance indicators and metrics.Rhythm of businessStaff EngagementMonthly:Lead HQ All Hands meetings, celebrate successes, share updates, and foster engagement.Create agendas and facilitate discussions to inspire action.Facilitate monthly events that strengthen team culture in a virtual-first environment.Quarterly:Develop and execute professional development opportunities.Bi-Annually:Manage staff performance reviews to drive excellence.Plan and deliver impactful company-wide Summits for collaboration and growth in partnership with 24 Seven's Employee Experience & Events team.Consultant Engagement Monthly:Host Consultant Sync Calls to build connection and community.Quarterly:Deliver training programs to support consultant development.Annually:Celebrate milestone anniversaries with recognition programs and events.Organize Consultant and Alumni events to foster lasting connections.Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in employee engagement, project management, organizational development, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Superior verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, tact, and poise.A positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently, demonstrating creativity and follow-through.Proven ability to make sound decisions, handle ambiguity, and adapt to shifting priorities with composure.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
