Packaging Designer

You will be a great fit if you are an organized self-starter that can manage multiple ongoing projects. Responsibilities include:Meeting with project managers and customers to discuss project specifications.Interpreting customer feedback to fine tune designs.Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging designs.Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software.Use in-house equipment to test and validate designs, as well as create printed mockups.Presenting design ideas to project managers and customers.Communicating designs with production teams to ensure proper execution.Creating print files for production.EducationBachelor's in Industrial Design or Packaging Design preferred.SkillsStructural Packaging DesignPaperboard and corrugated a must.Non-paper-based packaging also a plus.
