Our Client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in their New York, New York location! Responsibilities:Website optimization: Manage and optimize the website, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and user experience principles to enhance visibility and attract organic trafficDigital campaign management: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including but not limited to, social media, email, SEO, SEM and display advertising to increase leads, website visibility and drive user engagementDigital content oversight: Manage and optimize digital content assets across channels to ensure relevance and drive engagement for different customer segmentsUser Experience (UX): Collaborate with design and other internal teams to enhance the website's user experience, ensuring it aligns with standards and marketing goalsServe as the ratings marketing team's lead expert on social, SEO, SEM, paid and multimedia, and gatekeeper of standards on posting of compelling and engaging content on digital channelsAnalyticsAnalyse digital marketing performance analytics to track user behaviour, ROI, campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimizationConversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, turning visitors into leads or customersA/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of the digital marketing mix, e.g. web landing pages, calls-to-action, advertising tactics to identify the most effective strategiesProvide training and support to team members on web, social media, SEO, paid advertising best practices and toolsRequirements and skillsMinimum 5-7 years working experience in a relevant roleProven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful digital campaignsProficiency in Content management system (e.g. AEM), advertising platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn Advertising, social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Oktopost) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, social media, online advertising, website analyticsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager and suite of products a plusAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsCreative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trendsCollaborative and team-oriented approach with effective stakeholder and project
