As our Customer Relations Associate, you'll be the friendly face behind (and in front of) the scenes, ensuring our retail partners feel supported and are part of our Arya family. You'll organize fun demos, spread the word about our new products and build lasting relationships "” while also having a blast discovering food trends and sharing that excitement with everyone. You'll organize exciting in-store demos and promotions that get customers buzzing and discover all the goodness of our products (and maybe a third helping of samples!)Tracking Sales & GrowthKeep tabs on how our products are performing in stores, then team up to fine-tune our approach and make sure our partners are always set up for success!Seeking New Opportunities: You'll help us discover new stores and opportunities to get our products into the hands of more customers who will love them.Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work hand-in-hand with merchandisers, brokers, distributors and our incredible team to keep things running smoothly "” because great food (and great partnerships) are always a team effort!What We're Looking ForA People-First Attitude: You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making them feel supported and valued (because they are!). No worries "” we've got you covered! Whether you're a recent grad or just restarting your career, we're excited to teach you everything. A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required and while experience is a plus, no industry experience in not a dealbreaker.Ready to Learn and Laugh: You're eager to dive in, collaborate, and bring your positive energy to the team. Bonus points if you've got a quirky food story or two to share!
