Job Summary:Lettire Construction Corp., an established ground up builder in the tri-state area are seeking a skilled Driver and Construction Inventory Coordinator to join our teamResponsibilities include operating a company truck, inventory management of tools from projects, loading/unloading and delivery/transport of materials. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient transportation of materials and coordinating inventory for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction logistics, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.Responsibilities:Driving and Transportation:Safely drive/operate company vehicles to transport tools, and equipment to and from construction sitesAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesMaintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checksInventory Coordination:Track inventory levels of construction toolsPicking up & dropping off materials at job sitesLoading & unloading materials in truckDocumentation and Record-Keeping:Ability to Track / Log Daily ActivitiesMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returnsCommunication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with management and project teams regarding inventory needs and transportation schedulesFollow all company service protocols and other duties as assigned by managementAbility to read and interpret documents including company policies/procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.Basic computer literacy including email and internet skillsAbility to obtain OSHA certifications if needed++Fluent in English & Spanish -- speaking, reading, and writingSafety and Compliance:Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with company policies and DOT requirementsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and transportationAbility to operate heavy equipment preferredRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or driving a plusProven experience as a driver, preferably in the construction or logistics industryMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordFamiliarity with construction materials and toolsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to successfully pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, physical exam and road examsClass A or B CDL PreferredMust be able to meet physical demands evaluationMust be able to lift 100 LBSOsha 40Benefits:· Medical· 401K· Vacation PTO
