A prominent law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Services Clerk to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities:Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and certified/registered mail.Operate and maintain office equipment (copiers, scanners, binding machines) to produce high-quality legal documents.Perform large-scale document copying, scanning, and printing as needed.Assist with physical and electronic filing of legal and administrative documents.Retrieve and archive case files in compliance with the firm's records management policies.Monitor office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including common areas like break rooms and conference rooms.Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including arranging seating, setting up AV equipment, and ensuring refreshments are available.Provide backup support to reception, including answering phones and greeting clients or visitors.Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with general administrative tasks.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in office services or law firm settings is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with office equipment and document management systems.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks requiring extended periods of standing or walking.Compensation: $48k - $52k annuallyMatura Farrington is an EEOC employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance and all other local, state and federal laws.
