Our client in the personal care industry is hiring a Director of E-Commerce!The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client's online sales and presence, optimizing the customer journey, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience.Duties:Work with developers to update our client's DTC website as neededStrategize, create, test, and schedule emails and SMS messages to send out to customersOptimize customer journeyIncrease retention of customers.Handle priority customer service ticketsExperienceMinimum of 3 years of eCommerce work experience at a company doing more than $10 million in sales annually.Experience with KlaviyoExperience with an eCommerce platform, such as Shopify or WooCommerceSkillsDemonstrated experience and knowledge in driving the reach and growth of a consumer-packaged good brand in the digital space and successfully managing a P&LAn entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and problem-solving is necessary to be successful in this roleSuccessful working in a lean environmentHigh energy and capable of easily multi-tasking and context-switching in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organizationExperience managing a team of agencies or direct reportsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideasDeep understanding of how different media channels work togetherIf you are a tech-savvy professional with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, we encourage you to apply.
