Role: ETL Informatica Lead Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Job Type: Full time/ Permanent role Required qualifications to be successful in this role` • Must have an experience working as a Technical Lead in the project. • Must have at least 8-10 years of Informatica ETL development experience with good Oracle database background. • Must have experience in Informatica Powerexchange and Powercenter, SQL, Shell scripting, UNIX/Linux commands • Must be proficient in building data integration between systems/applications, building complex data aggregation, and transformation logic • Must be proficient in data analysis • Must be good on data warehousing • Must have very strong experience with CA7 scheduling tool • Very strong programming and debugging skills • Reporting experience is highly recommended.Your future duties and responsibilities• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related technologies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into effective ETL solutions. • Manage a team of ETL developers, providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring. • Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of ETL pipelines for various data sources and targets, ensuring data integrity and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and transformation issues, optimizing ETL processes for efficiency and scalability. • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure quality and compliance with standards. • Ensure data security and privacy policies are implemented throughout the ETL process. • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are met and delivered on time. • Provide ongoing support for production data pipelines, troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Stay current with industry trends, ETL tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements.
