PRAA produces several concerts and cultural events including the Emmy award winning National Cuatro Festival. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance and Operations located in Chicago, IL. The Director will oversee financial planning, financial statements, payroll, facilities and financial reporting on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsFinancial Planning and Financial Reporting skillsAnalytical Skills and Finance expertiseFamiliarity with FundEZ accounting tool or similarExperience in preparing financial statementsStrong understanding of financial operationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in non-profit organizations is a plus
