Job Title: Events Program Lead (Contract)Location: 2nd St, San Francisco, CA 94107Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)Salary Range: $34 per hourShift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Events Team:The Events Team is responsible for creating seamless and well-organized events that foster connection and collaboration among employees. Our goal is to design and manage efficient processes and programs that simplify logistics and empower teams to plan impactful gatherings. We are committed to providing thoughtful resources, streamlined workflows, and meaningful experiences.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Events Program Lead to manage and optimize our events program at our San Francisco office. This role will work closely with the Global Events Program Manager to ensure our San Francisco location serves as a central hub for events, supporting space planning, vendor management, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work well with diverse teams. If you're passionate about events and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution: Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including space planning, vendor management, and providing customer support under our Events as a Service (EaaS) program. Ensure the success of marquee events.Global Event Support: Maintain consistency across all event locations to provide a seamless experience for attendees.Space Optimization: Support the Global Events Program Manager in making the best use of available event spaces, ensuring they are properly equipped and furnished.Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors (caterers, transportation, rentals, etc.) to secure competitive pricing and ensure smooth event logistics.
