This fast-paced and dynamic group is responsible for working with clients on an individual level and managing some of the most important relationships in the business.ResponsibilitiesSales expectations for Account Manager: $1.5M-$2.9MPrimary Functions:Manage relationships and drive outbound sales by working with clients on an individual basis across retail, storage, and auctionAvailable for inbound phone calls and emails from customers needing assistance with new and existing ordersSupport store functions, including sales on the floorAssist with Special Projects and ad hoc requests from Senior ManagementAttend Industry Events and Tastings as Continuing EducationRequirementsThe successful person in this position must share passion and knowledge of wine through curated contentInteract with clients at events, tastings, and auctions. Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player with a dynamic personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential.Account Managers should have 1+ years of experience in the Wine Industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Certifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Society of Wine Educators, and/or Court of Master Sommeliers, not required but preferredExperience with NetSuite, not required but preferredBachelor's degree, not required but preferredCompensation: 55K plus CommissionApplyThrough our Careers page: is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
