This role offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art projects alongside world-class developers and engineers. As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products, delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and users.What You'll Do:Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify, document, and resolve software defects.Implement and refine automated testing frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.Conduct exploratory, regression, and performance testing to uncover potential issues and ensure smooth user experiences.Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to contribute to continuous improvement.Monitor and report on test results, metrics, and key quality indicators, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continually enhance the QA process.What We're Looking For:Experience: 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in a software development environment, including expertise in manual and automated testing.Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Programming: Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and propose creative solutions.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, results, and challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mindset: A passion for quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.Bonus Points For:Experience in testing cloud-based applications or SaaS products.Certifications like ISTQB or familiarity with security and performance testing.Experience working in agile development environments.
