Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal (PI/Med Mal) - Baltimore, MD LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience with Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters (heavy record review). This candidate should feel comfortable conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, scheduling, maintaining case files, performing pre-litigation and litigation preparations and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. ResponsibilitiesReview and draft routine legal documents and conduct legal research Create and maintain case files and be able to handle cases from inception to trial Assist and meet with clients and maintain valued relationships Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficientlyParticipate in fact investigation and the negotiation of legal disputesAdhere to and comply with regulations/laws while maintaining the proper storage and confidentiality of client informationQualificationsExperience as a Litigation Paralegal (working in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice) Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificateExcellent written, oral skills and collaboration skills and must be an effective communicatorKnowledge of standard MS Office Suite and Legal Research Search Engines BenefitsThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
