Sugarfina is seeking a Supply Chain Specialists who will be responsible for order management and logistic operations. This role will manage order flow from placement to fulfillment to ensure both customer expectations and company targets are met. Sales distribution includes Wholesale, E-commerce, Retail, and Corporate accounts. Organizational, communication, and leadership skills will help in the success of this role.This role can be based out of Los Angeles, CA or Las Vegas, NV.Responsibilities:Manage daily Open Orders status and ensure on-time and in-full shipping to meet and exceed company targetsEnsure orders are processed in compliance with customer requirementsOrder fulfillment, managing open orders and reportingWork closely with our Warehouse, Sales, Planning, and E-comm Teams to monitor sales orders Share inventory requirements for purposeful planning and allocation of finished goods to satisfy current and future sales order requirements across all channelsSupport the S&OP process and key business initiatives to maximize fulfillment while reducing internal costsTroubleshoot and manage sales order status to ensure maximum committed sales orders status for fulfillmentUpdate third party sites for fulfillment statusCreate work orders, purchase orders, and custom order submissions Partner with Sales and Planning teams to manage processing of new and existing orders and to address and resolve order issues, including Best of Used by Dates Partner with Planning and Inventory Management teams to prioritize work and transfer orders, request inventory and escalate exceptions to ensure timely fulfillmentProvide fulfillment priorities to Distribution partners in order to meet customer timelines and maximize order fulfillmentMonitor order fulfillment accuracy and address errorsWork with logistics team on any shipment delays or issuesPrepare and distribute reports that provide business stakeholders visibility to order status and prioritiesCollaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiencyRespond to ad-hoc requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.Additional duties as assigned by management based on business needs.Education & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business related degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of relevant industry experience with focus on supply chain, sales operations, analysis, or project management.Supply chain experience with short shelf-life especially in food & beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or health & beauty is a plus.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Exceptional Customer Service, Writing, and Time Management skills.Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.Ability to think critically, solve problems, and seek out resources (and can provide examples of each).Experience with ERP systems is a plus; experience with NetSuite even better.Experience with EDI is a plus.
