Lead .Net Developer

Insight Global is looking for a Lead .Net Developer to join one of our top clients on a full time basis. They must be passionate about building high performing teams and delivering exceptional value to business partners. They will coach and mentor junior staff members and serve as trusted advisor to management on project work. Some of the responsibilities are: Establish, implement, and document technology integration and migration strategies. Lead and mentor technical design and delivery for one or more product teams. Create and maintain solution development and delivery standards. Possess a broad understanding of technologies and frameworks, and the ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies for projects. Compensation: $120,000 to $145,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
