This critical role will enhance our brand identity, craft impactful campaigns for both existing and prospective customers, and oversee the planning and execution of our trade show presence to maximize market visibility.A central responsibility of this position is organizing, reporting, and maintaining all customer data within Salesforce. This ensures data accuracy, streamlines marketing efforts, and supports informed, data-driven decision-making.The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities and a customer-first approach. This role is pivotal in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and elevating our overall market presence.Responsibilities:Branding and IdentityDevelop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens the identity and market presence of Talaria and National Secure Transport across all platforms.Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone across marketing materials, digital channels, and customer interactions.Act as the brand champion, maintaining integrity in all internal and external communications and reinforcing the company's position as an industry leader.Campaign DevelopmentDesign and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to craft personalized messaging that resonates with target audiences.Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media to maximize reach and impact.Trade Show and Event MarketingLead the strategy, design, and execution of impactful trade show displays and materials, ensuring professional and compelling representation of both brands.Coordinate participation in industry events, aligning objectives with branding and marketing goals.Analyze the performance of events to measure ROI and refine strategies for future participation.Digital Marketing LeadershipOversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to establish thought leadership, increase organic traffic, and nurture leads.Optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions.Customer ExperienceAnalyze and improve the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance touchpoints and overall satisfaction.Create loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to increase retention and strengthen customer relationships.Own the Customer Case Management workflow utilizing SalesForceMarket Research and Competitive AnalysisConduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.Monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry and identify opportunities for differentiation.Partnerships and AlliancesBuild and manage strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and industry influencers to expand visibility and market opportunities.Collaborate with external stakeholders to co-create campaigns and participate in joint ventures that enhance brand impact.Data and Technology IntegrationOrganize, report, and maintain all customer data within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, optimize marketing efforts, and enable data-driven decisions.Utilize analytics tools to gather insights, measure campaign performance, and improve ROI.Explore and implement innovative marketing technologies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.Sales EnablementPartner with sales teams to create tailored resources, including presentations, case studies, and white papers, to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.Develop and manage lead-nurturing campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers.Public Relations and Community EngagementManage PR initiatives to position both brands as thought leaders within their industries.Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, including community events, sponsorships, and charitable activities, to enhance brand perception and community ties.Revenue Growth from Existing CustomersIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value.Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies that drive additional revenue streams.Specialized ProjectsPlan and execute go-to-market strategies for new services and geographic expansions.Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign elements and customer engagement strategies.Develop high-quality video content for campaigns, trade shows, and social media to boost brand visibility and engagement.Knowledge & Experience:Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in branding, campaign management, and customer engagement.Demonstrated expertise in designing, launching, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.Substantial experience in event planning and trade show management, including strategy, execution, and ROI analysis.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Salesforce 2X Salesforce Certified (Sales Force Administrator Certified and Platform Builder), including dashboard creation, data management, reporting, and integration with marketing tools. 2-3 years of salesforce experience at this level.Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization software.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and their integration with CRMs for streamlined campaign execution.Marketing ExpertiseDeep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities and differentiate brands.Expertise in developing personalized and data-driven marketing strategies tailored to various customer segments.Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI across marketing
