The Sales Specialist / Sales Coordinator is accountable for supporting the Sales teamResponsibilities:Processes dealer applications and terminations through all stagesProvides administrative support for sales team including Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales Operations as neededProvides administrative support to the Regional Sales ManagersProvides customer service to the dealer network via phone and email supportMaintains dealer and prospective dealers data and information in CRMPrepares sales reports and assists with the development of sales programs and dealer communicationsAssists with processing sales orders to ensure accuracyCollaborates with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and receive status updatesPerforms data entry duties for sales metrics and other key dataProcesses expense reportsAssists with onboarding new Regional Sales Managers, providing sales process trainingAssists in the planning, preparation and coordination of sales meeting and eventsCollaborates across departments to optimize the sales processOther duties as requiredKnowledge, experience & capabilitiesEducation & Experience RequiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceA positive attitude, motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork skillsStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenOutstanding organizational and time management skillsProven problem solving, decision making and planning skillsAbility to maintain accuracy on detailed workStrong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels in a cross-cultural settingDemonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding to and adapting to changePromotes cooperation within the team and between teamsProficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Education & Experience Preferred1 - 3 years' previous experience in a similar role within the Powersports or related industry and/or strong enthusiast interestExperience in a sales or administrative role preferredExperience with CRM software, Salesforce, Tableau, and NetSuiteAdditional informationAll applicants must be eligible to work in the USNormal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; ability to work required hoursThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs.
