Job Description:A prestigious law firm in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a skilled Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development matters.Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint ventures, and financing documents.Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of real estate matters, including zoning, title issues, and land use.Collaborate with clients and other professionals (e.g., brokers, lenders, title companies) to facilitate real estate transactions.Conduct due diligence and assist with risk analysis related to transactions.Handle closings and other post-closing matters.Keep clients updated on relevant developments in real estate law.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.2+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on transactional matters.Strong knowledge of real estate law, including local and state regulations.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.California Bar admission required.
