As Project Manager, you will be the staff member with primary responsibility for the execution of design and project documents. The ideal candidate will understand all of the project's technical needs and elements. Control project from start to finish to ensure a high quality, innovative, and functionaldesign? Develop ideas and solutions built around our clients' needs? Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations? Manage and direct the project team, delegating relevant tasks? Keep track of the project schedule and budget? Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractorsRequirements? Professional degree required (Bachelors or Masters of Architecture from an NAABaccredited program)? Registered Architect or actively working on registration.? 7+ years' experience on project teams? 7+ years of responsibility for drawing and specification production? Familiarity with Revit strongly preferred? Strong technical knowledge of building detailing?
