We are excited to have another talented individual join our team. About the RoleMartin & Zerfoss, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a full-time role in Nashville, TN. Note: this is a non-sales role. The position has a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days in-office and 3 days WFH after the initial in-person training period. In this role, the Personal Lines Account Manager will:Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on providing exceptional customer service. Support Producers in day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including direct contact with clients and insurance carriers via phone, email and in-person when applicable.Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, and cancellations. Analyze coverage, limits, deductibles, and pricing options.Develop strong relationships and trust with clients, producers, teammates and underwriters. Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage. Utilize Applied Epic to manage and track all work.
