Hardware Test EngineerRAJANT CORPORATION, the 20+year leader in industrial wireless patented Kinetic Mesh® networking solutions, providing full mobility and autonomous products, is looking for a skilled Test Engineer to join our Hardware Development team. This individual will need to be energetic, self-motivated, and intellectually curious, determined to uphold Rajant's highest level of product quality.Responsibilities:Perform functional & stress testing on wireless products and sub-components such as RF modules, antennas, & power management systems, under various environmental conditions.Evaluate wireless connectivity protocols including, but not limited to, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, & LTE.Perform root cause analysis, collaborate w/design engineers to implement corrective actions.Validate hardware against industry standards & regulatory requirements.Maintain & develop automated test scripts & procedures used for product qualification.Document test results & analysis in a report and communicate to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.3+ years of hardware testing experience preferably with wireless products or RF technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Proficient in use of test & measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Digital multi meter, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, small vibration table, environmental chamber).Must have ability to lift 75+lbs.RAJANT'S COMPANY PROFILE: We are the biggest name in dynamic wireless mesh networking you may not have heard of yet.
