The work schedule will be four days a week in the office and one day remote.The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.Due to client confidentiality please call me for the salary and benefits information.Summary:The firm is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join their team in Northern New Jersey. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering projects related to their HR technology ecosystem, including Ceridian Dayforce, payroll systems, benefits administration platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, business relationship management, and portfolio management expertise to the role.Key Responsibilities:HRIS Project Management:Lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and support of HRIS and related systems, with a focus on Ceridian Dayforce.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure smooth project execution.Business Relationship Management:Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between HR and business stakeholders, translating business needs into HR technology solutions.Collaborate with department leaders to understand organizational priorities and ensure alignment of HR technology initiatives.Portfolio Management:Oversee the portfolio of HRIS projects and initiatives, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of HR technology projects.System Administration and Optimization:Manage system configuration, testing, and integration for HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and ATS platforms.Stay up to date with Ceridian Dayforce releases and other system updates, ensuring new functionalities are leveraged appropriately.Troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.Compliance and Data Integrity:Ensure HRIS and related systems comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.Monitor data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics across HR functions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Human Resources Project Management, with hands-on experience in Ceridian Dayforce and / or other HR systems.Proven experience with payroll, benefits administration, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations, including payroll compliance and benefits administration requirements.Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) are a PLUS ONLY and are NOT required.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.The interview process will include an initial telephone or Zoom screening.Please let me know your interest for this position, availability to interview and start for this position along with a copy of your recent resume or please feel free to call me at any time with any questions.RegardsBill StevensSenior Technical RecruiterPRI TechnologyDenville, New Jersey 07834973-354-2799Bill.Stevens@
