For more information, visit .Position SummaryEasterly is conducting a search for a VP, Strategic Operations. This individual must maintain a strong intellectual curiosity and strive to understand the drivers of business success to support leadership in meeting our objectives. The individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day project management of key initiatives across all functional areas of Easterly. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will work collaboratively with the Managing Principal.Primary responsibilities shall include the following:Fast learner and ability to develop a deep understanding of Easterly to quickly distill complex ideas into simple and articulate deliverables.Act as an air traffic controller, ensuring the executive leadership team is up to date on everything going on across the company, acting as a trusted advisor.Demonstrate the ability to build and cultivate positive relationships with Strategic Partners.Effectively project manage and triage request from various stakeholders to ensure executive leadership are responsive in addressing the needs of the business. Drive information gathering and project planning with concise, actionable direction, resulting concrete next steps and completion of multiple initiatives simultaneously.Support each functional area with hands on execution to make sure day-to-day items do not fall to the wayside. Concise reporting on key business initiatives to support leadership in making timely and informed decisions.Prepare emails, business memos, presentations and other documents as needed, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.Create presentations that effectively tell a story for business partners, current clients, and prospective partnerships.Conduct thorough meeting preparation, coordinating prep calls and managing the appropriate follow-up.Create management dashboards that identify trends that impact business health.Create and maintain systems to streamline operations and communications across departments.
