Reporting to: US ControllerLocation: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid) Direct Employment Responsibilities:Bookkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsProcess accounts payable and credit cardsAssist other departments with purchasing and paymentsReconcile bank statementsManage general ledger entriesReview employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policyAssist with annual auditsAssist the US controller with tax notices and other tasks as neededPayroll:Manage and process multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with over 15 states' tax requirements and regulationsOffice Management:Manage office maintenance, office supplies and equipmentAssist with administrative tasks as neededRequirements:Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office administrationStrong proficiency in accounting softwareStrong Microsoft Excel Office skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independentlyAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCan-do positive approachHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferredAdvantages:Experience with Priority softwareExperience with Payentry platformA reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
