GMS, one of the country's leading CPEOs, is looking for a high energy individual with B2B sales and relationship building skills to join our Benefits Sales Team.First what does a Benefits Sales Representative do?Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling!Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needsWalk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businessesProvide support during implementation processFacilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosenWhat's in it for YOU:Base Salary Range between $40,000-$90,000 + Uncapped, Residual Commissions.
