Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join their team in Bentonville, Arkansas. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.Oversee all aspects of client projects, from initial concept to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.Lead sales initiatives with existing clients, actively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.Address client concerns and issues in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found promptly and efficiently.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to provide clients with up-to-date solutions and recommendations.Track and report on account performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. Provide insights to senior leadership regarding account health and market trends.Work cross-functionally with other departments (sales, design, operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful execution of account strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the apparel or manufacturing industry.Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, with a strong focus on client relationship building and long-term partnerships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively to address client needs and challenges.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.Salary: $95,000-$125,000 base]You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
