Our client is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to play a crucial role in their growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, helping to expand the client base and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential leads in our target markets • Conduct outreach to prospects through cold-calling and email campaigns • Qualify leads and identify high-potential prospects • Arrange appointments between qualified prospects and our sales team • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools • Excellent research and analytical skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently • Familiarity with the HVAC industry or technical products is a plus • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
