Estimator - Commercial Masonry

This role is critical in ensuring project success through meticulous planning, estimating, and management.Key Responsibilities -Software Proficiency:TRADESMAN Software: Serve as the primary tool for project estimation, tracking, and management.Project Management:Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Manage schedules, resources, and budgets while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.Quantity Takeoffs & Estimating:Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete footings and other structural components.Generate precise cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.Revisions & Change Orders:Update project estimates and budgets based on revisions or new requirements.Technical Support & Data Management:Provide technical guidance to project teams and utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Billing & Contract Management:Prepare accurate billing documents, including SOVs, and review contracts to ensure compliance.Plan Reading & Material Procurement:Interpret construction plans and ensure timely ordering of materials and submittals.Business Development:Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.Qualifications:Expertise in construction principles, plan reading, and bid item quantification.Proficiency in TRADESMAN Software; knowledge of AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus.Advanced skills in Excel and data management.Demonstrated experience in project management, estimating, and contract review.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (DOE)Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid holidays and time off.Company-issued resources - As needed: gas card, iPad, cell phone, etc.If you're a driven professional ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
