Our mission is to transform and improve societies through enabling entrepreneurial success.We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team and play an instrumental role in deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in investment banking, private equity, or a similar finance environment, and will be expected to actively contribute to the investment process and portfolio management.Position Summary:The Senior Analyst will support the investment team in all phases of the investment process, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio company monitoring and reporting. This individual will work closely with senior investment professionals, manage financial modeling, and provide critical support in transaction execution and value creation for portfolio companies.This role offers the opportunity to gain significant exposure to all facets of the investment process in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with potential for long-term growth within the firm.Key Responsibilities:Investment Sourcing & Deal ExecutionAssist in sourcing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and performing initial evaluations of potential targets. Support the due diligence process and help structure deals under the guidance of senior team members.Financial Modeling & ValuationPrepare and review detailed financial models, including valuation analysis and sensitivity testing. Build comprehensive financial projections and assist in the creation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.Due Diligence & Risk AssessmentParticipate in due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, operational assessments, and market evaluations. Help identify risks and opportunities in potential investments and support the preparation of detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.Portfolio Monitoring & Value CreationAssist in monitoring the financial performance of portfolio companies, track key metrics, and support the development of growth strategies. Participate in strategic discussions with portfolio company management to identify areas for improvement and value creation.Investment DocumentationPrepare, review, and refine investment memoranda, deal summaries, and other relevant documentation to ensure clarity and precision in reporting.Team Collaboration & MentorshipWork closely with senior team members, learning from their expertise and providing support on various investment-related projects. Mentor junior team members and help develop their technical skills and investment knowledge.Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.Experience2-4 years of experience in investment bankingprivate equity, or a similar finance role. Previous experience in financial modelingvaluation, and due diligence is essential or 2-4 years of experience in accountingauditfinancial reporting, or related fields, with exposure to private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and valuation analysis. Strong command of PowerPoint for creating presentations and investment memos. Familiarity with financial software and databases is a plus.Private Equity KnowledgeUnderstanding of the private equity investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, and portfolio monitoring. Ability to assess and model financial risks and returns for investment opportunities.Accounting & Financial AnalysisStrong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Experience with financial statement analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Financial ModelingAdvanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, including building and analyzing detailed financial projections and conducting valuation analysis. Familiarity with private equity-specific financial models is a plus.Due Diligence ExpertiseExperience supporting or managing due diligence efforts, particularly focused on financial data, risk assessments, and accounting reviews.Attention to DetailStrong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate financial models, reports, and investment documentation under tight deadlines.Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to both internal stakeholders and external partners.Self-Starter & AdaptableA proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
