They are a software product part of one of the world's leading technology companies and serve customers in a variety of industries including: Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Oil and Gas. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to hire motivated and driven graduates into their business.They work with some of the largest organizations in the world and are looking to drive further growth. They are recruiting graduate business analysts who will become their senior consultants of the future. From early in the role, you will be working with some of these large organizations to deliver business process observability, a unique technology proposition in the market.What iControl offers to our customersiControl is a product which delivers business process observability to their customers. Business process observability allows organizations to map out their key processes (i.e. payments, order management, claims etc.) and define key KPIs or controls along the process, ultimately linking to underlying data to give organizations real-time visibility into their end business outcomes. By mapping out the processes and structure of the organization, and using the power of observability, iControl's customers have enterprise visibility which they would never have had before.What we need from you (Qualifications, Experience level and skills)Work authorization status must be as US Citizen or Green Card Holder5+years as a Business Analyst specifically for a software product company whose primary revenue comes from engineering, selling, packaging and send its software products.5+ years as a BA mapping processes within an organization5+ years as a BA defining SLAs or KPIs for processes and business units5+ years in eliciting requirements from users for visualizations of performance metrics5+ years as a BA working ITIL frameworks along with the incident, problem and change management processes and proceduresUnderstanding of technology and big data concepts desirableComfortable working to understand data and document via data dictionariesFamiliarity with metric-based monitoring and integration with event-based monitoring.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staffAbility to work within fast-moving environments, working as part of an extended team and able to handle workload autonomouslyWhat We Offer:HCL is ranked #30 on Forbes Best 50 Global Companies to Work forCompetitive base salary plus annual bonusesExcellent learning opportunities and career advancement potentialA diverse and professional company cultureFull benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage on Day 1 of employment.
