The RoleAs the Integrated Media Manager, you'll join a fast-growing team who are passionate about delivering a high standard of service and results against our clients' goals. This is a dynamic, client-facing role responsible for developing, executing, analyzing, and optimizing a multi-channel media strategy across paid media channels including search, social, and retail media.The ideal candidate has advanced-level, hands-on experience developing strategy, implementing, and optimizing high-performing paid media campaigns for retail lifestyle brands based on provided budget and goals. This role is primarily responsible for strategy and execution of SEM channels (Google and Bing Ads), overseeing product feed implementation and optimization, strategy and execution for Retail Media Network (RMN) channels, and strategy and execution of Paid Social channels, and providing analytics support. Direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce brand experience is preferred. This is a full-time, WFM/remote role. ResponsibilitiesNavigate complex business challenges. You'll help identify, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end solutions for clients in support of their desired outcomes, KPIs, and goals, including new customer acquisition, brand awareness, website traffic, revenue growth, etc. Develop advanced, full-funnel marketing programs. Determine ad sequencing, messaging, target audiences, and KPIs. Partner with the creative team when needed to provide key insights to assist in developing high-performing creative ad concepts based on knowledge of the client's industry, best practices, and performance history. Leverage various data sources, platforms, tools, and insights to effectively reach highly qualified new customers.Effectively and efficiently develop projections and manage advertising budgets. Obsessively track performance against KPIs, proactively optimizing to continuously improve accounts across a portfolio of clients, and continuously seeking opportunities to scale both spend and client scope. Collaborate with a team of high-performance subject matter experts to develop holistic paid media strategies. Develop a culture of collaboration, curiosity, creativity, and accountability. Provide hands-on, day-to-day management of Social channels (Meta and YouTube). From participating in winning new clients, onboarding and setup, to ongoing optimizations and upselling current clients.Assist in developing and maintaining reporting dashboards for relevant channels where needed and advancing the agency's data and insights practice. Work closely with the Creative Director and GTM team to define and deliver best-in-class creative strategy.Own product feeds. Work with 3rd party feed management vendor to create and optimize product feeds for various media channels while staying up-to-date and deploying tactics to ultimately improve the efficacy and performance of paid media. Oversee the Retail Media Network channel. Act as a thought leader and steward of an emerging channel, advocating on behalf of Sunnyside with both clients and media partners while actively managing and reporting on campaigns day to day. Advance the organization's operational processes, assisting with identifying and documenting daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as a means to find efficiencies. Represent Sunnyside as a thought leader in the paid media space. Provide insights, best practices, new and emerging channels, testing opportunities, new tactics, and technology to internal team, existing and potential clients. Act as a key point of contact with partners and vendors. Participate in contributing to published agency content.Experience5+ years of Digital Marketing and Media Buying experience Advanced, hands-on experience setting up and managing ads in Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, etc.Advanced analytics, budgeting, reporting, and presentation skillsHigh level of attention to detail and ability to self-manageDeep level of understanding of the latest algorithms, nuances, and current best practices across relevant channelsExperience working directly with and effectively communicating to senior-level internal and client stakeholdersIn-house brand experience a plus
