We appreciate our employees and our staff's longevity is proof!We currently have a full-time and part-time opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator - Time and Attendance at our Brookville, NY administrative office that would support the timely processing of employee wages, and ensure regulatory compliance.In this role, you will:Compile, audit, verify, and distribute daily computerized reports for review and accuracy.Assist in training payroll assistants or new coordinators with time and attendance daily responsibilities.Ensure audits and internal follow-ups of payroll-related data from computerized reports are accurate prior to payroll processing.Process and review biweekly electronic records, allocation of overtime, adjustments for salaried employees, holiday pay, and all related payroll transaction records to assign to their perspective department/cost center and job codes.Reconcile pay batch and CSV file totals for accuracy.Monitor and retain all approvals for supported programs (Pay batches & exceeding hours).Assist with ensuring all documentation for leave of absence, PFL, and suspended employees is received and processed for accurate payment.Process and verify the accuracy of employee changes to ensure enrollment, new hires, status changes, and profiles are updated timely.Enroll and troubleshoot employee fingerprints in Time & Attendance application.Provide assistance to employee pay inquiries about their biweekly hours and paychecks.Here, we offer you:Wellness Incentives - Weight loss, yoga at work, gym membership & more!Employee RecognitionA diverse, inclusive teamWe require:Associate degree plus 1-year relevant experience ORHigh School Diploma / GED equivalent plus 5 years' relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsWorking knowledge of Somroli, UltiPro, or similar payroll software programsAbility to initiate projects, prioritize and complete tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervisionStrong work ethic exhibiting a sense of urgency in completion of tasks, willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend workPayroll Coordinator, for immediate consideration, please apply now!We offer medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, voluntary short/long term disability, paid time off, paid holidays, Scholarship offerings, AFLAC plans, child care, prepaid legal and much more for full-time positions!An Equal Opportunity Employer Proud of Our Workforce Diversity.
