Woof is building the next great American pet brand - bringing new life to the pet industry through elegant, intuitive product design.Our three award-winning product ecosystems - The Pupsicle, BullySafe, and Bite n' Brush are revolutionizing dog care by providing wellness solutions in a fun and engaging way.We are scaling rapidly and as such we're seeking a Marketing Coordinator. You will play a key role in shaping the way our brand is experienced by customers, partners, and the community. In this position, you will support the brand marketing team and oversee and expand our social media and influencer/ambassador program to enhance brand awareness. We hope you'll be part of our pack.Responsibilities: Social Media:Support Director of Brand Marketing in daily tasks such as concepting, creating, and posting content across channelsBrainstorm and execute creative ideas for video content (e.g., TikTok trends, Reels) to enhance our storytelling and connect with our audience authenticallyServe as the community manager across all social channels, including responding to and engaging with our social communityA passion for cultural trends, what's happening in the news and evolving best practices in social mediaAffiliate + Influencer CommunicationsOwn the affiliate programming communications, ensuring our affiliates feel a constant presence from WoofWork directly with existing affiliates to maximize their earnings, strategize program optimizations and opportunities, and identify new affiliates to onboard to reach new audiencesCreate affiliate marketing campaigns, including coupon setup, tracking links, copywriting and testingAssist with day-to-day influencer identification and relationship building, including evergreen gifting and prep for paid partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, etcCoordinate outbound samples for partnersOther projects and support as neededPreferred Experience: 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to ambassador programs, public relations, or event marketingExperience in CPGIdeally the candidate will have a strong pulse on current trends across Gen-Z and Millennial audiencesKnowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)Key Attributes:An excellent work ethic & willingness to roll up your sleeves when neededExcellent verbal and written communications, time management, and relationship-building skillsMust be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentA love of dogs!Benefits:This is a full-time, salaried position Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families.PTO & Family Leave: Flexible PTO and family leave to ensure you can recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.
