On their end, they have created a system of support where you will have the resources and freedom to build and grow your business.Position OverviewAs a Financial Advisor, you will leverage your existing client relationships to deliver tailored financial solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, provide expert advice, and develop comprehensive investment strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and business development, with a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships.Job Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and regular portfolio reviews.Business Development: Bring an established book of business and actively seek new clients to expand the firm's client base.Financial Planning: Assess clients' financial situations and develop customized investment strategies to meet their goals, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.Investment Advice: Provide insights and recommendations on investment products, market trends, and financial strategies.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions and documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with other financial professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive services and support to clients.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Proven track record as a Financial Advisor with an established book of businessYou must currently be in an FA role with transferable AUMRelevant certifications (CPA, CFA, CFP, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, etc)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
