Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager - VP

My client is an international bank and is looking to bring on a Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager at the VP-level.The VP Corporate Real Estate Credit Manager will be responsible for performing credit analysis, due diligence, reviewing credit packages and monitoring a portfolio of primarily REITs and home builders. This is a hybrid role. They are in office 2-3 days a week in NYC.The Ideal Candidate:• 4-7 years of real estate credit experience • Formal credit training is preferred• Effective analytical and technical report writing skills• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Ability to execute straight forward credit requests for existing clients, author credit analyses and work with Credit Approvers within the bank
