Each member of our team is valued and recognized for their skills, expertise, and contributions.Job Summary As the Studio Manager, you will lead a team and conduct a seamless, detail oriented studio with a positive environment. You will ensure the studio is always prepared for success - organized, clean, well-stocked, with a team that feels supported. You will ensure everyone on your team is empowered with the tools, information, and confidence they need to deliver the Sana experience to all guests. You will lead by example; You will provide amazing customer service to all guests, and you will be a team player with our studio employees. You will report directly to the COO and work with her to ensure all the Studio's needs are met at all times.Responsibilities Team & Shop ManagementManage a team of 20+, creating a positive culture and team environmentEnsure that the studio is well stocked, presentable, and clean at all timesManage the Studio schedule, ensuring all team members are aware where they need to be at all times.Be present for any studio emergenciesMeet and exceed the Sana Standard of Service with all guestsRespond to constructive guest feedback within 48 hoursManage all day-to-day tasks and operations for the entire studioBuild and foster relationships with employees and clientsSupport your team members and create a positive workplace where positive behavior is appreciated, acknowledged, and rewardedWork closely with the Head Healer to manage the Skin Healer (esthetician) scheduleTrainingTrain all new Head of VibesEnsure the schedule is properly covered during trainingsCheck in monthly with each team member to see how you can support them and help maximize their metricsProvide feedback and coaching to the Head of Vibe team to help them achieve their monthly metric goalsSet quarterly meetings with the Head of Vibe team to review goals, offer feedback, and encourage an open dialogue.Business KnowledgeStays up to date with knowledge of all Sana offerings, products, and membershipManage schedule optimization to help maximize studio revenuesCreate loyal guests by converting any eligible guests to Sana MembersAssist in the development of business plans to achieve Studio Budgets and GoalsWork with the COO to develop new strategies for growthScheduleThe Studio is open 7 days a week. Monday-Friday 10-8, Saturday/Sunday 10-6The Studio Manager will work in the Studio Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM, but must have a flexible schedule. The majority of the Manager's hours are worked from the Front Desk of the Studio. You must be capable of multi-tasking and leading by example.The Studio is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.We are looking to hire as soon as possible.QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who values the Clean Beauty standards that Sana embodiesWe value over communicators.
