Whether you're looking to work close to home or explore new opportunities, we're here to support you every step of the way so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring and supporting students to succeed.Position DetailsSpecialty: Speech-Language Pathologist (School Based)Requirements:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment strategies tailored to each student's needs.Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals in one-on-one and group settings.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' communication needs and enhance their learning experiences.Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on strategies to support students with communication challenges.Participate in student staffing meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other school events as required.Benefits:Competitive Pay: We negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get a pay package that fits your needs.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy contracts up to 40 hours per week, unlike salaried positions, you would be paid time 1.5 for anything approved over 40 hours by your supervisor.Dedicated Support: Our dedicated Relationship Manager is there with you every step of the way to ensure you have what you needFlexibility Post-Contract: Options to extend your contract, convert to a permanent position, or explore new opportunities.Paid Sick Time: Accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked (in compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws).Paid Holidays6 Paid holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day and Memorial Day.Material ReimbursementReimbursement of $250.00 for any supplies purchased for your classroomProfessional DevelopmentWe offer a reimbursement of $500.00 towards professional development this can include: CEU's, licensing fees, etcHousing:Generous housing stipend.Insurance Coverage:Premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance starting on day one.Continued insurance coverage over the summer if qualified.Retirement Savings:A 4% 401(k) match to help you plan for the future.Why Work With Us?At Schoolforce Solutions, we prioritize your success and satisfaction.
