Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking two motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join my client's team in the Montvale NJ area. This role involves managing client relationships and upselling additional insurance packages. Candidates will play a key role in supporting their customers while contributing to the growth of the business.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a professional demeanor, and has a knack for understanding client needs. A background in insurance is highly desirable, though not mandatory, as we value enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.Schedule Onsite 5x/week:Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Key Requirements:Strong presence and high energy level.Insurance knowledge is a significant plus.Excellent organizational and phone communication skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.Insurance industry experience is a big plusJob Responsibilities:Manage the insurance renewal for existing clients.Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance packages.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
