Associate Portfolio Manager

Our client, a major financial services company, is actively looking for an Associate Digital Portfolio Manager to join their team in Phoenix AZ! This is a hybrid position, so candidates must be local to Phoenix and willing to go on-site 2-3x per week. This is a 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert to FT Responsibilities:Analyze and build reports to support effective operations for the Digital Product Management special projects and strategic planning activitiesSchedules and assists with portfolio alignment, tasks, and ceremoniesTracks and visualizes product outcomes with defined metrics and targetsSends external communications to stakeholders and business partners on behalf of portfolio Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams (design, analytics, engineering, etc.)Identify ways to streamline and improve Agile operationsKeep up to date with industry, competitor, and Agile/SAFe methodologiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is preferredKnowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven record in defining winning product contracts and delivering on a product roadmapExperience in Payments or Digital Banking preferredKnowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processesProven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
