We truly believe we're the best at what we do, and we're looking for more amazing talent to join that culture and take us to new heights!Daily ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple paid media accounts in Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and other media platformsWork with client and internal team to establish strategic direction for accountsExpertly analyze and diagnose account performance metrics to optimize towards client goals - and improve even further after that. Push for constant improvement, testing and scalingProduce high quality deliverables and analyses that wow our clients and always show the how, the why and the what are we going to do about itCommunicate effectively with the team and clients on said high quality optimizations, deliverables and how you're crushing itProduce brief weekly reports recapping key insights and plans for the weekCreate and establish internal processes and procedures with an ability to innovate for our companyRequirementsIdeally 2-5 years of PPC data analysis, media buying and campaign management experience (agency or strong in-house background)Expert understanding of Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, and other paid media outlets and the strategies and tactics behind themCurrent certification in all 5 Google Ads courses (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire)Strong understanding of Google Analytics is a plus, Google Analytics 4 certification also a plus and required within 90 daysUnderstanding of conversion rate optimization principles and tools such as Unbounce, Hotjar, etc also a plusExceptional attention to detail - if you've made it this far in the job posting and read this, please mention in your phone interviewAbility to manage and optimize up to $1M in media spend across multiple accountsParticipate in client meetings to gather account requirements, share performance updates and strategize on opportunitiesAble to join us Monday - Friday in our office in Scottsdale (1 day per week remote eligible upon 90 days of successful employment)What to Expect at ATRAPersonal and professional growth.
