Commercial Sales Specialist NY/NJJob Summary:Our client is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive sales of commercial boiler products within NY/NJ. You will manage relationships with Manufacturer's Representatives, contractors, facility engineers, and consulting engineers to strengthen the company's commercial presence and ensure the preference for their products in the market.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and government agencies in various market segments.Act as a technical boiler expert, understanding and translating boiler specifications.Provide pre-sales support, including application engineering, project quoting, and follow-ups.Manage and drive performance of Manufacturer's Representatives in the territory, utilizing CRM to track opportunities.Deliver the client's value proposition to a wide audience, including engineers and mechanical contractors.Offer post-sales support to representatives, distributors, and contractors.Required Experience:5+ years of experience in hydronic heating, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial mechanical equipment.Experience with Manufacturer Representative and/or Distributor Management.Strong mechanical aptitude and CRM management.Ability to travel locally and overnight.Preferred Skills:Experience with Building Management Systems.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
