Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for working with our agents and carriers, while providing outstanding customer service to our clients.Position Responsibilities:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Overseeing the life cycle of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims processing. Assisting clients with inquiries, explaining policy terms, and resolving issues or concerns. Identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that fit clients' needs, thus contributing to revenue growth. Working with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure a smooth process for clients. Ensuring all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company standards.
