They will play a critical role in enhancing capabilities related to regulatory reporting and Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC) record keeping in accordance with evolving financial regulations. This high-visibility project is due for completion in 2026 and requires a strategic thinker who excels in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and data reconciliation.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead and manage change initiatives related to regulatory reporting and QFC IDI record keeping, specifically focusing on compliance with the 2017 finalized rule regarding Lehman Brothers regulation and associated legal agreements with counterparties.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stand up new projects addressing resolution and recovery regulations, with a particular focus on creating standardized processes and documentation.Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing regular status updates and preparing materials to ensure alignment across various business areas.Gather detailed requirements and write user stories to support automation and standardization initiatives, specifically for data reconciliation tasks.Utilize project management and business analysis expertise to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring new solutions meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.Leverage strong data analysis skills to reconcile and analyze large datasets across multiple business areas and applications.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
